When our daughter was born, I knew I wanted to be intentional about creating a family culture rooted in connection, nurture, and attunement. I quickly realized how much old advice and outside pressure can creep in. 
 
At just four months in, I found myself diving deep into the science of biologically appropriate sleep and attachment. What began as searching for answers for my own family became the start of my path as a certified coach. Along the way, my love for attachment science, child development, and emotional connection only grew stronger. 
 
Today, my passion is walking alongside families who want to understand what’s biologically normal for sleep, support emotional connection, create rhythms that bring more peace into their homes and confidently trust their instincts.
